Responsibilities

• Responsible for booking over 2,000 events per year for Kona Ice of Madison and Travelin' Tom's Coffee of Central Madison and future businesses.
• Answering emails and phone calls to facilitate needed information to book events for us in South Central Wisconsin.
• Candidates must be able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are important for this position.
• Event Coordinator will be using our scheduling and contact software Kona OS, as well as Brayv.AI to help with scheduling and communications with our customers.
