Powerback Rehabilitation To You is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide in-home outpatient therapy across CT towns. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, autonomy, and delivering patient-centered care in the home setting, including elderly clients in ALF/ILF or residential homes.

The OTA will implement therapy programs under supervision, document progress, and collaborate with the supervising OT and care teams to maximize independence and safety in daily activities.

Formación

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from patients’ residences.

Responsabilidades

• Attend and contribute to patient care conferences as a representative of occupational therapy.
• Adhere to department and patient treatment schedules and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop programs for each patient.
• Instruct patients, families and caregivers in OT techniques under supervision.
• Maintain timely documentation for all patients.
