Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice (OT).
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsabilités

• Attends and contributes to patient care planning under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist.
• Maintains timely documentation for all patients treated and adheres to schedule.
• Develops and implements occupational therapy programs to facilitate independence in activities of daily living.
• Provides patient education to patients, families and caregivers.
• Performs occasional equipment checks and maintenance as needed.
• Delivers patient-centered interventions across home and facility settings.
