Job summary

Ennoble Care is hiring a Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and palliative care in the Baldwin, AL region. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with a physician and home-based care teams.

The role requires board certification and Alabama licensure for NP or PA, with 1–2 years of primary care experience, preferably with geriatric patients. Competitive salary and full benefits offered.

• Strong clinical skills with accurate assessment and diagnosis.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care in Baldwin, AL.
• Perform physical examinations and develop care plans.
• Communicate with clinical operations across platforms.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Order diagnostics and prescribe medications as needed.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
