Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and palliative care to patients in the Marion County, FL region. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision to care for patients with chronic diseases.

Qualifications

Board certification in the State of Florida as NP or PA.
1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.
Strong clinical skills with accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

Provide primary and palliative care to Marion County, FL patients.
Perform examinations, review histories, and develop care plans.
Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
Treat a panel of patients with a patient-centered approach.
Attend quarterly medical staff meetings and participate in governance.
