Job summary

Ennoble Care in Gulf Breeze, FL is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary and palliative care in patients’ homes. You will evaluate health, create care plans, and coordinate with patients, families, and caregivers under physician supervision.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $105,000–$130,000+ plus benefits, paid time off, and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA with Florida certification.
• Strong clinical skills to treat, assess and diagnose.
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently.
• 1–2 years of primary care with geriatric patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care in Gulf Breeze, FL.
• Perform physical exams and create care plans.
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations.
• Deliver patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic testing as needed.
• Prescribe medications and interventions.
