Mariana Minerals is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians, ensure safety, and maintain the reliability of our mobile mining fleet. The role combines field troubleshooting, planning, and hands-on leadership to support a growing operation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of mining maintenance experience, strong technical credibility, and a proactive approach to improving processes, crew development, and equipment availability.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of mining maintenance experience with hands-on role.
• Strong ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics; welding is a plus.
• Experience with Caterpillar mobile mining equipment and diagnostic tools (CAT ET, CAT SIS).
• Experience using maintenance tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians with safety and accountability focus.
• Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and address hazards in line with policies.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heavy mobile mining equipment on the field.
• Prioritize daily maintenance activities based on safety, production, and resources.
• Train technicians and provide technical leadership; provide on-call support as needed.
