Mariana Minerals is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians and ensure safety, reliability, and availability of our mobile mining fleet. You will perform hands-on field work, mentor staff, and drive planning and execution of maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of mining maintenance leadership, strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, and experience with CAT equipment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of mining maintenance experience with hands-on leadership.
• Strong ability to coach technicians and lead field teams.
• Proficient in reading hydraulic and electrical schematics; welding a plus.
• Experience with Caterpillar mobile mining equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with maintenance tracking systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge of autonomous mining technology is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians with a safety-first mindset.
• Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and ensure policy compliance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heavy mobile mining equipment in the field.
• Prioritize daily maintenance activities based on safety and production needs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using diagnostics, schematics, manuals.
• Improve reliability through preventative maintenance and data tracking.
• Coordinate with planners and vendors for repairs, parts, and downtime.
• Mentor technicians and provide on-call support as senior maintenance rep.
