Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Rep, Mobile Member Service to travel across multiple branches and provide timely member service while cross-selling credit union products. The role focuses on identifying and fulfilling customers' financial needs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will handle loan processing from application to close, interview members to assess lending needs, and build strong member relationships while achieving referral and service goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in Financial Institution, cash handling, and/or retail sales preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to travel (approximately 90% travel).
• Bilingual English & Spanish.
• Ability to work well in a team and to cross-sell financial products.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in processing loans from application to close with proven sales results.
• Interview members/prospective members to identify, solicit and fulfill their present and future financial and lending needs.
• Process loan applications, close loans with loan add-on products and service member loan requests.
• Conduct all member service transactions.
• Build and maintain favorable member relations/relationships.
• Comply with internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Responsible for the achievement of individual referrals and service goals.
• Successfully complete all required registrations or certifications as needed
• Travelling across multiple branches.
