Job summary

360care is seeking a field-based assistant to support physicians at long term care facilities. You will travel within a 1.5 hour radius to assist audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health teams.

You will maintain EMR records, help with equipment care, and coordinate patient flow while ensuring HIPAA and safety compliance. A valid driving record and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED is required.
• Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record and car insurance.
• Two-step TB test completed.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to follow directions and listen to patients and doctors.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians at assigned long term care facilities.
• Maintain clinical records and charts in EMR.
• Assist with care and cleaning of medical equipment.
• Support provider during visits and coordinate patient flow.
• Prepare end of visit reports and share with management.
• Balance and generate daily production reports for management.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and PHI compliance at all times.
• Travel to facilities within a 1.5 hour radius with mileage reimbursement provided.
