Job summary

360care is seeking a field-friendly assistant to support physicians at long-term care facilities. You will help manage medical records, prepare charts, and assist with patient flow and equipment care across multiple sites.

The role requires travel up to 100% within a 2.5 hour radius, strong communication, and reliable transportation. A TB test, valid driving record, and adherence to HIPAA are mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record and car insurance.
• Must have completed and passed a two-step Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Test.
• Good computer skills required.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to follow directions and listen to needs of patients and doctors.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians at assigned facilities with audiology, optometry, podiatry care, and behavioral health.
• Complete chart prep on scheduled patients prior to visits.
• Verify and maintain clinical records and medical history through EMR during patient visits.
• Balance and generate daily production reports for manager review.
• Provide timely responses to patient inquiries; document conversations in the EMR.
• Travel up to 100% of the time to assigned facilities within up to a 2.5 hour radius.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
