360care is seeking a healthcare assistant to support physicians across assigned long-term care facilities. You will help with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health care, while maintaining clinical records in EMR and ensuring equipment readiness.

You will travel up to 100% within a 2.5 hour radius, provide exceptional patient service, and assist with workflow, documentation, and charge posting. A strong communicator with basic computer skills is essential.

Qualificações

• High School education or GED.
• Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record and car insurance.
• Must have completed and passed a two-step TB skin test.
• Good computer skills.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to follow directions and listen to needs of patients and doctors.

Responsabilidades

• Assist doctor in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Completes chart prep on scheduled patients prior to every visit.
• Verifies and maintains current and accurate clinical records through EMR during patient visits.
• Maintains accurate clinical records and charts.
• Completes end of visit reports on the day of visit and shares with management.
• Provides daily feedback and coordinates with branch office to optimize schedule and reporting.
• Coordinate and maintain patient flow during facility visits.
• Balance and generate daily production reports and provide to manager.
• Post charges to the appropriate provider in a timely fashion.
• Responsible for all care and cleaning of medical equipment after visits.
• Maintain medical supplies inventory and order as needed.
• Ensure all medical equipment is working by performing preventive maintenance.
