360care is seeking a field-based support clinician to assist physicians at long-term care facilities in audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health. You will maintain EMR records, manage equipment, and balance daily production reporting while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and PHI guidelines.

The role requires travel up to 100% to assigned facilities, strong communication, and ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.

Qualificações

• High school education or GED completed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer skills with EMR familiarity.
• Ability to follow directions and listen to patients and doctors.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% to assigned facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physicians with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health.
• Prepare charts and maintain accurate clinical records in EMR.
• Maintain, clean, and manage medical equipment and supplies.
• Post charges accurately and report daily production to management.
• Support patient flow and coordinate with staff during facility visits.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and PHI guidelines at all times.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and providers.
