Job summary
Turner Mining Group is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment/Diesel Mechanic to keep our heavy machinery running safely and efficiently. The role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on haul trucks, wheel loaders, dozers, graders, and other mobile equipment.
The candidate should have 3–5+ years of heavy equipment/diesel mechanic experience, strong diesel troubleshooting skills, and be proficient with hydraulics, electrical systems, and welding.

- Strong diesel troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulics, electrical & welding.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting & repairs.
- Diagnose diesel engines, hydraulics & electrical systems.
- Repair brakes, bearings, axles, wiring, seals and other components.
- Complete engine/component overhauls.
- MIG/arc welding & torch cutting.
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation.
- Perform equipment safety inspections.

- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting & repairs
- Diagnose diesel engines, hydraulics & electrical systems
- Repair brakes, bearings, axles, wiring, seals and other components
- Complete engine/component overhauls
- MIG/arc welding & torch cutting
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
- Perform equipment safety inspections
- 3–5+ years of heavy equipment/diesel mechanic experience
- Strong diesel troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulics, electrical & welding
- Safety-focused and dependable
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Technical training is a plus!
Must be able to lift 75+ lbs and work in industrial/outdoor conditions.
