Job summary

Pete Lien & Sons, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to service and repair mobile equipment essential to operations, from light vehicles to heavy mining machinery.

You will perform regular maintenance, diagnostics and overhauls, operate heavy machinery as needed, and maintain detailed service records while adhering to safety protocols.

A valid driver’s license is required; owning your own tools is expected; and you must be able to lift up to 75 lbs in a fast‑paced, variable environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of mechanic experience preferred.
• Ability to read manuals and follow SOPs.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Own set of tools is required.
• Valid driver's license; CDL is a bonus.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and working in varying conditions.

About the Role

As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic your responsibilities will include:

What We’re Looking For

• At least five years of mechanic experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to read manuals and follow SOPs. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Your own set of tools to perform the required tasks.
• A valid driver’s license is required; a CDL is a bonus.
• Capability to lift and handle up to 75 lbs., work in varying conditions, and use necessary safety equipment.
• Awareness of and adherence to safety standards and ability to respond promptly to hazards.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check, drug screening and medical exam.
