GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile personal trainers across the Huntsville and Decatur areas. You will mentor junior trainers, drive client results, and shape the local fitness culture by delivering high‑quality, scalable training in homes, offices, and community spaces.

You’ll recruit, train, and inspire others while maintaining brand standards, tracking outcomes, and supporting growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding franchise network.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification and leadership experience.
• 3+ years in personal training and mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Ensure utilization of GYMGUYZ software applications and compliance with GYMGUYZ branding standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values - Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) - in every interaction

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Desire to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing, team-focused group

Compensation:
