GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer in the Huntsville area to lead a team of mobile trainers, deliver exceptional client results, and mentor staff across events and sessions.

The role emphasizes leadership, program design, and community engagement, with a flexible, full-time schedule and opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing franchise.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Desire to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Ensure usage of GYMGUYZ software applications and branding standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
