GYMGUYZ is hiring a Mobile Master Trainer in Texas. You will lead and mentor a team of personal trainers, delivering on-site and in-home sessions, using the GYMGUYZ app for assessments, and driving client success metrics.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $35–$45 per hour plus performance bonuses, ongoing professional development, recertification discounts, and opportunities to advance within the network.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
