GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile trainers delivering personalized workouts to clients at homes, offices, and communities.

You will conduct assessments, design sessions, drive client results, and contribute to sales and local marketing while upholding DRIVE values.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized credential.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
