Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Mobile Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of personal trainers delivering on-site and in-home sessions. You’ll manage initial assessments, design sessions, and drive client results.

This role offers a flexible full-time schedule, a competitive hourly wage of $35–$45 plus performance bonuses. You’ll also receive training, development, and growth opportunities within the national mobile fitness network.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accreditation
• CPR/AED certification required
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s DRIVE values in every interaction
