GYMGUYZ is hiring a Master Trainer to lead mobile fitness teams, deliver high-quality sessions, and drive client success. You will coach groups and individuals directly in homes, offices, and community spaces, while advancing your leadership path within the network.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing development, and performance-based bonuses. You’ll contribute to growth and ensure outcomes align with DRIVE values across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with leadership experience.
• CPR/AED certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3+ years in personal training and team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions.
• Track client progress and uphold training quality standards.

Compensation:

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
