Job summary

Shared Medical Services is seeking a Mammographer to join our employee-owned team operating a state-of-the-art mobile mammography unit. You will work in diverse community settings, driving the 26’ truck to scheduled screenings with a two-person team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved 2-year Radiologic Technology program.
• Must be ARRT registered or licensed to perform general radiographic procedures.
• Willing to train in mammography; 40 hours preferred.
• Ability to drive 26’ straight truck or equivalent mobile unit.
• Must be able to produce quality imaging with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Screening mammography at clinics, corporate and community outreach locations within the Twin Cities metro area.
• Operate a 26’ straight truck mobile mammography unit with a Hologic 3D system.
• Safely relocate the mobile unit to facilities along a dedicated route per DOT rules.
• Drive the mobile unit to screening locations and collaborate with the team.
