Job summary

Shared Medical Services in the Twin Cities metro area is seeking a Mammographer to join our team on a full-time basis. You will operate a state-of-the-art mobile mammography unit and provide patient-centered imaging services to clinics and community sites.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved 2-year Radiologic Technology program.
• Must be registered with ARRT or licensed to perform general radiographic procedures.
• Prefer 40 hours of training in mammography. Willing to train.
• Ability to drive or experience driving a 26’ straight truck. Willing to train.
• Produce quality imaging with limited supervision.
• Interact in a responsible, professional and ethical manner.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Class D license (CDL not required).
• Must have acceptable driving record and pass background, drug screen and medical fitness.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Screening mammography at clinics, corporate and outreach locations in the Twin Cities metro area.
• Team of two mammographers or one mammographer and an assistant on a mobile unit with Hologic 3D system.
• Relocate the 26’ straight truck to facilities following DOT rules.
• Drive the mobile unit to screening locations.
