Job summary

Shared Medical Services is seeking a Mammographer to join our mobile imaging team. You’ll work on a state-of-the-art 26’ truck with a Hologic 3D system, providing screening services across clinics and outreach sites in the Twin Cities metro area.

New entrants receive paid initial training, with a supportive employee-owned culture. You’ll be part of SMS ONETEAM, with flexible scheduling (3-4 days/week, no weekends) and lodging where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with ARRT or licensed to perform radiographic procedures.
• Willing to train in mammography; 40 hours of training preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Class D driver’s license.
• Ability to drive 26’ straight truck and operate mobile unit.
• Must pass background check, urine drug screen and medical clearance.

Responsibilities

• Screening mammography at clinics, corporate and community outreach locations in Twin Cities metro.
• Operate and relocate a mobile mammography unit on a DOT-compliant route.
• Drive the mobile unit to screening locations and ensure image quality.
• Collaborate with a small team to deliver patient-centered imaging services.
