Job summary

Allied Universal in Irvine, CA is seeking a Security Officer Mall Center Mobile Driver for overnight shifts. You will patrol a premier retail mall, provide safety, assist guests, and support store tenants with a professional security presence.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, excellent customer service, and the ability to perform routine patrols and access control tasks while following site procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct routine unarmed patrols of retail areas, entries, parking lots, and surrounding perimeter.
• Assist with access control, directions, and lost-and-found inquiries.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately per site procedures.
