Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be able to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Bike riding ability preferred for patrols.
• State/city security license preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and shoppers while enforcing site policies.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols in retail/mall areas and parking facilities.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document observations for site leadership and responders.
• Monitor access points and public spaces, escalating concerns per procedures.
• Assist visitors with directions and information in a professional manner.
