Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time overnight patrol driver position in Irvine, CA. You will patrol retail and mall locations, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff.

The role includes driving duties, a fixed overnight schedule, and a pay rate of $22.00 per hour. A valid driver’s license and security experience help. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and vendors following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail common areas, parking facilities, and entrances to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report hazards, maintenance needs, and policy violations following site procedures.
• Complete detailed activity reports and share information with leadership, property management, and emergency responders.
