Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to support on-site operations in Jenison, MI. The role involves maintaining lighting, assisting in building and equipment maintenance, and performing tasks across HVAC/R and plumbing systems.

The ideal candidate demonstrates self-motivation, can work independently or with a team, and is on-call for after-hours emergencies. This position offers full-time hours and onsite responsibilities at our Jenison facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts.
• Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
• General interior maintenance – HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, kitchen equipment maintenance (meat grinder, cuber, meat saw, slicers, etc.).
• Minor plumbing repairs.
• Completes special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and general maintenance as assigned.
• This position requires the employee to be on call for after-hours emergencies.
• Complies with all policies for the safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials.
