Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Waterbury, CT is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities. The role includes inspecting and repairing interior/exterior areas, updating CMMS, and assisting senior mechanics.

A High School diploma and 1 year of related experience are required; EPA license and BAS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
• Experience with hand tools and power tools
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office, Outlook, CMMS (Maximo)
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders, and work in adverse conditions

Responsibilities

• Clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts, and repair plumbing components
• Maintain and repair locks, doors, furniture across facilities
• Complete documentation for fire extinguishers and building systems
• Prime and paint interior/exterior surfaces and perform general handyman tasks
• Prioritize preventive, corrective, and emergent work orders and update CMMS status
