CloudTen Residential seeks a roving Community Manager to cover multiple properties across Washington. You will supervise on-site teams, manage leasing, finances, and resident relations, while ensuring compliance with state laws. A valid driver’s license is required and multi-site presence is expected.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and proactive management in a dynamic residential portfolio. On-site work across locations with flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be detail-oriented and proactive; ability to lead onsite teams and manage resident relations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and state landlord-tenant laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a cohesive on-site team reflecting professionalism and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, units, and grounds; ensure safety and standards.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquent accounts in compliance with laws.
• Maintain leasing records and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Hire, train, and evaluate on-site staff; provide clear guidance and resources.
