Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform minor plumbing repairs including leak resolution and fixture maintenance.
• Conduct electrical repairs such as replacing switches and outlets.
• Complete carpentry tasks including door adjustments and cabinetry repairs.
• Execute HVAC troubleshooting activities like thermostat adjustments.
• Process work orders through the computerized maintenance management system.
