Job summary

JLL in Reno, NV is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to keep institutional facilities safe and functional across multiple sites. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and building systems, travel between sites, respond to work orders, and maintain high service standards.

This role requires 24/7 on-call availability, a valid driver's license, and 3+ years in maintenance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, capable of independent work, and proficient with CMMS and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant trade certifications as required by client scope or local jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record and ability to drive company vehicles safely in various conditions.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems with HVAC knowledge as required by scope.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet SLAs.
• Proficiency with CMMS and basic tablet/mobile device apps.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures and timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance across multiple site facilities.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general system upkeep as directed.
• Process work orders in CMMS and meet service level agreements.
• Inspect facilities and coordinate with contractors when needed.
• Maintain company vehicles and travel between sites within territory.
