Job summary

Real Property Management Miami Metro is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Kansas City area to keep properties in top condition and ensure resident satisfaction. You will perform hands-on maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and more, including appliance and pool related duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Property maintenance tasks including general upkeep; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting; light groundskeeping; pool maintenance and lighting tasks.
• Repair and cleaning between tenants to ensure properties shine.
• Handle work orders efficiently and professionally, contributing to a great resident experience.
