Job summary

SEDERSON MANAGEMENT CO is seeking a roving maintenance technician to service properties across the Kansas City area. The ideal candidate will be reliable, a hands-on problem solver, and experienced with heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, and general maintenance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
EPA Universal Certificate required.
On-call availability nights and weekends.
Reliable vehicle and own tools.
Pass a background test.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners and ductwork
Install new equipment and replace aging systems efficiently
Respond to emergency calls in the on call rotation
Document all work and keep track of inventory
Coordinate with proprty manager and tenants
Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
