Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across facilities. The role supports senior technicians and handles planned and emergent work within site operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with hand/power tools, CMMSMaximo, MS Office and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related carpentry, electrical, and plumbing experience.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CMMS (Maximo).
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 ft., and work in extreme conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Clean HVAC coils, replace filters and belts; service plumbing fixtures and components.
• Maintain and repair locks, doors, and furniture within facilities.
• Prepare, prime and paint interior/exterior surfaces; perform handyman tasks.
• Prioritize maintenance and update work orders; use CMMS and notify management as needed.
