Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis, IN to support facilities maintenance operations. The role focuses on hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs, with after-hours readiness for emergencies as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a safety mindset and experience with building systems, HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical tasks, and general maintenance duties performed across a range of facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to maintain it.
• Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience in building systems, basic plumbing and electrical.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 ft, and demonstrate mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operations team in maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Perform general interior maintenance, including HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Handle minor plumbing repairs as needed.
• Maintain lighting systems and complete special tasks such as painting and locksmith work.
• Document work performance and materials procurement as directed.
