ManpowerGroup is seeking a Facilities HVAC Technician in Indianapolis, IN to support on-site operations. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment with emphasis on safety and housekeeping.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, plus 1+ year experience in building repair and basic plumbing/electrical tasks. This full-time position offers training and growth within a large staffing group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Completion of a technical training program is desirable with 1+ year of repair experience.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work with ladders up to 30 ft.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass screenings required.

Responsabilités

• Support facility operations by inspecting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
• Perform interior maintenance including HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment upkeep.
• Complete minor plumbing repairs and assist with basic electrical tasks.
• Maintain lighting and support general electrical maintenance as needed.
• Handle special maintenance tasks and tenant service requests while keeping safety in focus.
