Job summary

Northern NV Jobs is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Parts Coordinator to inspect, measure, stage, and prepare returns of parts for a fleet of mining equipment. You will ensure parts are on site before planned jobs and streamline ordering, tracking, and staging processes.

Responsibilities include creating work orders for unplanned repairs, managing core returns, and coordinating with planners, warehouse staff, and mobile maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of mining equipment (surface) experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS, MS Office and SAP is required.
• Must possess exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners, verbally and in writing, required.
• Ability to work in a team environment with diverse skills.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks safely with minimal supervision.
• Ability to understand and apply safety instructions and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Able to operate a shop forklift.
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential functions of the position.

• Work with planners and warehouse personnel to have parts kitted, and staged where appropriate for planned maintenance.
• Work with mobile maintenance personnel to address needs and concerns for completing scheduled work.
• Assist supervisors in creating additional work orders, as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience with mining equipment (surface), preferred.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), as well as MS Office and SAP, required.
• Must Possess Exceptional Organizational Skills, Required.
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with internal and external partners both verbally and in writing, required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgrounds, required.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently with minimal supervision, required.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures, required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, required.
• Must be able to work in a high demand, fast-paced environment, required.
