Job summary

AB Facility Services is seeking a Mobile HVAC Maintenance Technician to service and maintain commercial facilities throughout the assigned territory. Responsibilities include HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, preventive maintenance, basic electrical and plumbing work, and responding to service requests at multiple client locations.

The ideal candidate has strong commercial HVAC experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial maintenance experience.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Masters/Journeyman License.
• EPA certification preferred (EPA).
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs
• Complete preventative maintenance and work orders
• Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance issues
• Travel between commercial client locations
• Maintain accurate service records
