Job summary

ASARCO LLC seeks a Senior Superintendent of Mobile Maintenance for the Ray Mine to lead all mobile fleet maintenance, including Autonomous Haulage System assets, and to drive availability, reliability, and safety. You will manage maintenance teams, budgets, and capital projects while aligning with operations and technology to sustain production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance in heavy industrial or mining operations.
• Strong understanding of autonomous mining systems and fleet management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and capital projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture, compliance with MSHA and environmental requirements.
• Direct maintenance activities for mobile mining fleet including AHS assets.
• Drive reliability improvements via data analysis and RCA.
• Develop and manage budgets and capital projects related to fleet upgrades.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, reliability, and technology teams to optimize performance.
• Oversee spares, contracts, and maintenance execution.
