Job summary

ASARCO LLC seeks an AHS Control Room Supervisor to lead the safe, efficient operation of MineStar Command for Hauling and the Autonomous Haulage System fleet. You will coordinate a Control Room team, including Controllers and Builders, and work closely with Mine Operations, Maintenance, Safety, IT/OT, and OEM support to ensure the shift production plan is executed safely.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Technical diploma or university degree in Mining, Engineering, Operations Management, Autonomous Systems, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the Control Room team to execute the daily mine and maintenance plan safely and efficiently.
Oversee MineStar Command for Hauling and related fleet-management systems.
Coordinate safety, operational continuity, and emergency response.
Develop and coach the Control Room staff and ensure competency development.
Maintain effective communication with Mine Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and other stakeholders.
