Vale Concepts is expanding its mobile matcha bar operations into Phoenix and seeks a dependable Logistics Utility Associate to keep our carts, products, vehicles, and warehouse moving safely and reliably. The role involves driving box trucks, delivering and retrieving Matcha Bars, restocking carts, and handling warehouse duties with an emphasis on safety and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting Vale’s insurance requirements.
• Ability to safely drive box trucks and cargo vans in city traffic.
• Ability to pass motor vehicle, background, or employment screenings.
• Ability to load, secure, move, and unload carts, equipment, and supplies safely.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Comfort with physical work and working indoors/outdoors in Phoenix weather.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow schedules and procedures.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules.

Responsibilities

• Drive box trucks to deliver and retrieve Matcha Bars.
• Operate a resupply van and restock carts throughout Phoenix.
• Prepare and restock carts, perform cleaning and basic maintenance, wash dishes.
• Receive deliveries and organize the warehouse.
• Support deployment readiness and logistics tasks as needed.
