Job summary

Tarbell Management Group, based in the Phoenix area, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, inventory control, and fulfillment. The role involves picking and staging orders, preparing outbound shipments, and ensuring timely, accurate shipping while maintaining safety and organization.

Responsibilities include using the MRP system, verifying freight, handling damaged items, managing forklift-safe procedures, and supporting regular inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to meet shipping deadlines and follow warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the warehouse based on operational needs.
• Pick, pull, stage, verify, shrink wrap, and prepare customer orders for outbound shipment.
• Receive inbound finished goods using the MRP system and verify freight for accuracy and condition.
• Document damages on bill of lading and communicate discrepancies to the Fulfillment Manager.
• Maintain FIFO rotation and accurate tracking of inventory and stamps.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly inventory processes and reconciliation.
