Vale Concepts is expanding its mobile matcha bar operations into Phoenix, seeking a hands-on Logistics Supervisor to lead the people and operational systems for successful deployments.

You will directly manage the Phoenix logistics team, owning readiness of mobile bars, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, coaching, inventory, production, cart prep, maintenance, dispatch, returns, and dish operations.

Qualifications

• Availability to align with deployment schedule, including early mornings/evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

As Vale expands into Phoenix, the Logistics Supervisor will establish the team and operational foundation needed to support reliable, sustainable growth.

About the Role

Vale is expanding its mobile matcha bar operations into Phoenix, and we’re looking for a hands-on Logistics Supervisor to lead the people and operational systems that keep our deployments running successfully.

This person will directly manage the Phoenix logistics team while owning the readiness of Vale’s mobile matcha bars. Responsibilities include team scheduling, coaching, performance management, inventory and ordering, product production, cart preparation, maintenance, dispatch, returns, and dish operations.

The Logistics Supervisor will ensure every deployment is properly staffed and that every cart leaves the hub on time, fully stocked, clean, functional, and ready to provide an exceptional guest experience. This is a working supervisor role for someone who can build a strong team, maintain high standards, and step in wherever needed to keep the operation moving.

About You

You are a hands-on leader who understands that strong operations depend on both reliable systems and accountable people. You notice what is missing before it becomes a problem, communicate expectations clearly, and follow through consistently.

You are equally comfortable coaching an employee, building a schedule, reviewing an inventory report, inspecting a cart, directing production, and helping the team complete the work when necessary. You take pride in developing people, maintaining high standards, and ensuring your team has everything it needs to succeed.

You understand that a successful deployment begins long before the matcha bar arrives at an event—and you take ownership of every person, product, and operational detail required to make it happen.

Qualifications

• Previous experience directly supervising hourly employees, including scheduling, coaching, training, and performance management
• Experience in logistics, inventory management, food production, hospitality operations, warehouse operations, or a related environment
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to set clear expectations and hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive work environment
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting operational priorities
• Comfortable working directly with inventory, equipment, cleaning processes, and food products
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational consistency
• Comfortable using scheduling platforms, spreadsheets, checklists, inventory systems, and other operational tools
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and take ownership of results
• Ability to safely lift and move products, equipment, and operational supplies as required
• Availability that aligns with Vale’s deployment and production schedule, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends when required

Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Employment Type: Part-Time (~30 hours per week)
Reports To: Phoenix Market Lead
Anticipated start date: Mid- late October
