Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Loader Operator at our Buckeye, AZ location. You will operate heavy equipment to meet production goals, perform inspections, and maintain records while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2+ years of Loader Operator experience, preferably with Caterpillar 980/988 machines. You will work daytime hours with potential overtime and occasional local travel. A strong safety mindset and solid teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years Loader Operator experience.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Ability to work in a safety sensitive environment.
• Must perform pre-shift inspections and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-shift inspections and maintain repairs/maintenance records.
• Inspect workplace to minimize hazards and identify mechanical issues.
• Assist with safety audits and uphold safety regulations.
• Operate heavy equipment safely to meet production goals.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement among the team.
• Maintain good communication with plant staff and other operators.
• Travel to support other local sites as needed.
