Job summary

Fann Contracting, Inc. seeks a skilled Production Loader Operator for its mobile aggregates crushing plant. You will operate front-end loaders and related equipment to feed the plant and maintain production, with frequent travel across Arizona, overtime, and potential night shifts.

The role requires 3+ years of loader experience in high-output operations, MSHA certification, and a valid license. Safety is paramount, and you will keep accurate records while adhering to weights and MSHA rules.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience operating heavy loaders in high-production aggregate or crushing operations.
• MSHA certification (site-specific training provided).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel statewide.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates loaders (e.g., Caterpillar 988H, 980G, 980M), excavators, and dozers to feed the crushing plant and stack/buck materials.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (welding, wiring, labor tasks) as needed.
• Safely load material onto trucks, adhering to specified weights and safety requirements.
• Assist with a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
• Comply with all company safety policies and MSHA regulations.
• Maintain accurate production and equipment usage records.
• Must understand the different types of aggregates/materials and prevent stockpile contamination.
