Responsibilities

• Safely operates loaders (e.g., Caterpillar 988H, 980G, 980M), excavators, and dozers to feed the crushing plant and stack/buck materials.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (welding, wiring, labor tasks) as needed.
• Safely load material onto trucks, adhering to specified weights and safety requirements.
• Assist with a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
• Comply with all company safety policies and MSHA regulations.
• Maintain accurate production and equipment usage records.
• Must understand the different types of aggregates/materials and prevent stockpile contamination.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Loader Operator to join our mobile crushing plant team. You will operate heavy front-end loaders and other equipment to feed and maintain aggregate production, ensuring safe, continuous operation. This position involves frequent travel within Arizona, overtime, and may require night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operates loaders (e.g., Caterpillar 988H, 980G, 980M), excavators, and dozers to feed the crushing plant and stack/buck materials.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (welding, wiring, labor tasks) as needed.
• Safely load material onto trucks, adhering to specified weights and safety requirements.
• Assist with a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, high-production environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and basic repair ability.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel statewide.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Drug-free, safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and sound judgement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 Years experience with crusher or asphalt plants.
• Proficiency operating excavators, dozers, or other mobile equipment.
• Familiarity with Federal Davis-Bacon pay requirements.
