Job summary

KBR is seeking a Mobile Load Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to plan, direct, and supervise daily mobile loading operations ensuring safe, timely movement of materials and cargo. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years in mobile loading or logistics.
• 1–2 years supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with heavy equipment (loaders, forklifts, cranes).
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and safe operating procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily mobile loading and material handling operations.
• Plan and assign work to equipment operators and loading crews.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and SOPs.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and shift turnover meetings.
• Monitor loading operations to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate equipment availability with maintenance personnel and report deficiencies.
• Ensure operators complete pre- and post-operational inspections.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate employees to improve performance.
• Maintain accurate reports, production records, and inspection logs.
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and transportation to meet requirements.
• Ensure proper cargo loading, weight distribution, and load securement.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
