Job summary

KBR is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager in Jacksonville, FL to oversee skilled technicians and mechanics across maintenance operations. You will install, operate, repair and maintain material handling, water systems, generators, fuel systems and HVAC equipment in support of MPF maintenance operations.

The role requires strong coordination, safety leadership, and adherence to ISO and government standards, with a focus on delivering high-quality end products.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS degree in industrial engineering or logistics management.
• 10 years of related work experience in maintenance/logistic environments and 6 years of supervisory experience.
• Must have completed the Basic Engineer Course or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department activities to optimize equipment, facilities, and personnel.
• Review financial and operations reports to determine requirements and improve efficiency.
• Maintain customer relationships and serve as the primary interface between customer and operations.
