Belle, LLC is seeking a Community Health Worker to provide in-home foot care to seniors, adhering to hygienic protocols and using Belle’s app to document assessments. The role involves local travel, a flexible schedule, and a focus on safety and independence for clients.

The position may be full-time or part-time with daytime hours, and occasional evenings/weekends may be required. Training and ongoing education are provided to support career growth within Belle.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid professional licenses (nail technician and/or cosmetology per location).
• Able to travel locally daily.
• Valid driver’s license and adequate car insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in senior therapeutic foot care.
• Adhere to Belle protocols to guarantee a hygienic service, minimizing infection risk.
• Conduct thorough foot assessments using Belle’s mobile application to escalate clinical concerns.
• Cultivate a positive rapport with members, conveying foot care education.
• Keep accurate member records with HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure punctuality for all appointments and maintain vehicle.
• Update job knowledge through Belle-provided continuing education.
• Promote and assist with booking future appointments before ending the appointment.
• Operate within the scope of the Community Health Worker role.
